The crank kept slipping (must be a bad crank nut) and I could not get a reading, so I thought the compression tester must be broken.Īfter I posted, I went back and decided to turn the motor over using the starter to see if I could get a reading. Originally I had pushed it down in the number 1 spark plug hole and tried to crank the motor over with the crank to get a reading. I did get my compressor to work, but my stupidity cause me to break it permanently. Snap On EEPV500 compression tester gauge kit snapon tool + metal adapter.
